We have been getting outside so much more now that spring has almost sprung for us in Canada, and when that happens, I know Easter is around the corner, and with our Easter Egg + Bunny Free Printable now released, I wanted to give you another fun recipe, perfect for spring!

To be honest, I was feeling like supermom after whipping this up in under 10 minutes and the kids were begging to help toss the candy on top, and with all this #isolationbaking going on, I was pretty inspired! Have you been baking more too? Well, this recipe is really simple, so let’s get baking, shall we?

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups white chocolate, melted

  • 17-20 candy-coated Easter eggs

  • 1/2 cup of salted peanuts

  • 1 cup of long pretzels, broken up into random lengths

  • handful of Oreos

  • decorating sugar

Directions:

  1. Melt your white chocolate in a double broiler. Stir and stir until your chocolate has melted.

  2. Prepare your other ingredients. Break up your pretzels and crush a few Oreos. Grab your candied Easter eggs and blue and pink decorating sugar.

  3. Pour your pretzels into your white chocolate, and mix. Then pour in your peanuts and mix. On a lined sheet, pour out your chocolate mixture into the center and use your spatula to spread around evenly. Be sure to create a layer that is not too thin or too thick.

  4. Then, add your candied Easter eggs all around your chocolate and pretzels, as well as your chunks of Oreos, and pink and blue decorating sugar.

And that’s it!

Wait for them to harden overnight, and crack into smaller chunks, to enjoy this Easter!

Will you give this yummy treat a try?
