Let's Take a #ReadPaintCook Adventure to Venice Italy with our Kids!
The long-awaited Adventures in Italy #2 has finally been released! We are so excited to take you and your kids on a #ReadPaintCook Adventure to Venice Italy in our next 3 Adventures, all releasing this month! This first Adventure will take you and your kids to the city of Venice and learn about the Gondolas, Bridges and what it is like to live there, through books, coloring pages, art projects, and a yummy traditional cookie recipe… these gingersnaps are the recipe my kiddos ask to make the most!
The sounds of tinfoil being crumbled, and molded into the shapes of gondolas will be heard as you and your kids embarked on our latest bite-sized Adventure with the Build Your Masterpiece Class, as they learn all about Gondolas!
Our kiddos loved making their own tinfoil gondolas and accessories for them while reading about Olivia Goes to Venice by Ian Falconer, and many more books, all included in our lesson plans.
Learning about Venice with Hands-on Projects
In the Adventures in Italy #2 you and your kids can learn about Venice Italy, its history, the Gondolas, and beautiful bridges and so much more! It has been such a blast with all three of our kids, and I know that this next adventure will bring the joy of creating, curiosity, learning, and art to your homeschool.
Something for all ages
The coloring pages, worksheets, and Italian Poetry that have been added in, really bring Venice to life while learning at home with hands-on crafts, art, children’s books, and more. Perfect for kids ages 3 to 13 and beyond with a wide range of subjects everyone will find enjoyable.
Watch an Inside Look at the Adventures in Italy #2:
The Books from the Adventures are cherished by us & our kiddos
We have searched high and low to include inspiring and educational books all about Venice, Italy and it’s beautiful history, Gondolas, Bridges and more for your kids to enjoy.
The reading aspect of our #readpaintcook adventures is truly at the heart of our curriculum, and our kids have enjoyed reading them again and again, even after the initial lessons.
We have begun to collect a range of books from the Adventures we are writing. I suggest searching your local library for as many books on our lists as you can, however, we have found that not every library has Venice specific titles, as they seem to be on the slightly rare side (hence the reason I am now purchasing them for our collection). But rest assured, that if you are unable to find all the titles in your library, you can still learn many things with the included resources and lessons within our Adventures!
Get Started Now With Adventures in Italy #2:
I cannot wait to follow along in your Adventures in Venice this month, and waiting patiently to share more about the next two adventures, releasing this month that will complete our unit study in Venice with books, art projects, recipes and original coloring pages you and your kids will enjoy… stay tuned, and follow us on Instagram for up-to-date news!
Enjoy building your masterpiece,
~Alexandra
