Corn Maze with a twist of Italy ??

We went to a super fun corn maze this weekend, and it was made by the Italian Cultural Center. We were able to touch on some of our upcoming lessons about Italy in the Build your Masterpiece Class, and the kids enjoyed it so much.Corn Maze with a twist of Italy We were able to see the flag of Italy and we noticed all the colors of the Italian Flag. ??Corn Maze with a twist of Italy Corn Maze with a twist of Italy Corn Maze with a twist of Italy  Inside the Italian Cultural Center, there was a fun photo taking stage set up for the kids to pose as David, the sculpture we are learning about with the Build Your Masterpiece Class Week 1. The kids had a fun time posing and learning a bit about the statue.Corn Maze with a twist of Italy Corn Maze with a twist of Italy Corn Maze with a twist of Italy Once we had our fun in the Center, we got our popcorn and headed out to the ? cornfield!Corn Maze with a twist of Italy Corn Maze with a twist of Italy Corn Maze with a twist of Italy  Once we got into the corn maze the kids were running and playing and they were having so much fun. Corn Maze with a twist of Italy Corn Maze with a twist of Italy  Inside the corn maze, there were posts with facts and information about Italy on them, and we were given a sheet to fill out, trying to track down all the missing data. There were 9 posts to find.Corn Maze with a twist of Italy Corn Maze with a twist of Italy Corn Maze with a twist of Italy  We learned some really great things about Itlay which I did not know, so it was really a nice surprise! Corn Maze with a twist of Italy  We had a map of the corn maze on our phone, and it was really a work of art! But with the three kids, we had a tricky time getting through the whole thing! Corn Maze with a twist of Italy  We were all having a lot of fun, and they couldn't help themselves running into the cornfield, mostly after the little munchkin (4) who wanted to continue to get lost. It really was very pretty, and a nice warm day, here you can see some of the flat prairie landscape with the cornfield. The trip through the corn maze was so much fun, and the kids really enjoyed it. Our littlest guy, really kept running away, and it was a little impossible to keep track of him, so we were not able to finish the maze. But, all in all, it was a great start to our Italy learning, and a fun way to end the summer. More posts about our progress with the Build Your Masterpiece Class to come!
