Fluffy Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup soft butter
- 1 1/4 cup of light brown sugar
- 3/4 cup of peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons of milk
- 2 tsp of vanilla to 1 tbsp, your preference
- 1 3/4 cup of all purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon of baking soda
- 3/4 tsp of salt
Directions:Preheat oven to 375.Use your kitchen aid mixer, if you have one.Cream: butter, sugar, Peanut Butter.Stir in your egg, milk, and vanilla.Stir in flour, soda, and salt. The dough will be light and fluffy and will not stick to the spoon or the spatula ?Next, drop spoonfuls of your Fluffy Peanut Butter Cookie dough on to your baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. Then make your crisscrossing indents with your fork.Allow a good amount of space between your cookies to allow for spreading while baking. This dough is not sticky, but as a precaution, you can take some flour in a cup and dip your fork into the flour, this will help your fork not stick to the cookie dough while making the classic indents. In a 375 degree preheated oven, bake your cookies for 8 minutes. (Depending on your size up to 10 minutes but this size was perfect at 8 minutes. )Take them out of the oven and allow to cool on the sheet for a couple minutes and then transfer to a cooling rack.It will take hardly any time at all before your little ones come wandering in, following their noses. We got two thumbs up as you can see here! Totally worth it. If you guys like Peanut Butter Cookies or give these a try comment below.Till next time,Breathe deeply and enjoy building your masterpiece with scissors and glue,~Alexandra
